In all these examples the strips have been welded into position with mild
steel electrodes, making replacement an easy matter. The plough blades can be repaired easily by cutting off the warn strips with an angle grinder, or gas cutting torch, and replacing them with new ones.
A "Speed Mullor" main plough blade protected with TCCM20 strips on its leading
edge and TCA/20 strips along its outer edge. The corner is protected by a special
piece designed for the system.
A "Dozamet" main plough blade protected with a TCCM20 strip on the leading edge
and TCA/20 strips along the outer edge. Again the corner is protected by a special
piece designed for the system.
